Business had been slow. Piper sent two waitresses home it was so slow. The restaurant had 40 tables and about two were filled. She only had five waitresses on, including Phoebe. The phone rang. “Mystical Magic, Piper speaking, how can I help you?” Piper answered “Yes, I’m bringing my party over and I was wondering if you had enough room for about 10 people?” the man said. “Yes we do. You tables will be ready when you arrive.” Click. Piper hung up the phone. She picked out the tables that the party would sit on the floor map. The phone rang again. “Mystical Magic, Piper speaking, how can I help you?” “Yes I’d like to make reservations for six people coming in right now.” “Ok. Your tables will be ready.” The phone rang off the hook for another half an hour. Mystical Magic was now booked for the next at least four hours. “OK! GUYS!” Piper yelled. “Everyone has eight tables! This place is booked!” Most of the waitresses moaned about having so many tables. Phoebe smiled. She knew it meant money. Piper wondered about the sudden rush. It didn’t make any sense.
